The People Product Manager supports the People Systems Team within the Talent Acquisition product space, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements across platforms such as Workday Recruiting and Phenom.They’lltranslate business needs into epics, features, and user stories within the Agile Release Train, collaborate with HR configurationTeams and integration pods on design, testing, and deployment, and provide clear status updates toLeadership on progress, risks, and dependencies. Throughstrong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking, the People Product Manager is excited to support reliable system delivery while contributing to Southwest’s long‑term HR technology roadmap and commitment to empowering its People.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $ $138,800 per year to $ 154,200 per
year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual
contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the
discretion of the company.
