The People Processes Specialist takes a process view of the employee lifecycle: mapping, designing, and continuously improving every touchpoint from hire to retire so that each process is efficient, compliant, and consistent across the organization. This requires close co-operation with the business and countries to ensure processes reflect local and functional realities. The overriding goal is Employee Experience, every process decision is made through the lens of how it feels and works for the employee and the manager, not just how it works on paper.
The role owns the HRIS landscape (SAP SuccessFactors and related people solutions) as system owner and superuser, and works in close partnership with IT on system architecture, integrations, data, and security, translating process and experience requirements into system and technical solutions. Building on this foundation, the role also drives AI-enabled capability, including a people-related help desk, in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
