Job Description

Major Function

As our new People Process Specialist, you will execute and continuously improve core HR processes within multiple countries across EMEA ( responsibility for 150-200 employees) . You will ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
You will act as a subject matter specialist within defined process areas such as employee data, job changes, or time and attendance. You will work closely with HRBPs, managers, and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and high-quality employee experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day HR processes with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for defined process areas (e.g., employee data, job changes, time & attendance).

  • Support the implementation of new or updated global HR processes and tools, including Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Provide operational guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR processes.

  • Ensure high data quality and correct documentation in HR systems.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback to enhance performance.

Your New Team

You will join a collaborative HR Operations team working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence. Our team spans multiple regions and thrives on partnership and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Understanding of employment regulations in the respective countries

  • Experience with HR processes and working with digital HR tools (Workday, ServiceNow) and openness to learning new technologies, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Service-oriented mindset combined with structured problem-solving skills.

  • Accountability and curiosity to learn and develop within the HR function.

  • Good command of Hungarian and English is a must. In addition to this German or French or Spanish, or any other European language knowledge is welcome.
