Requisitos:
Disponibilidad fines de semana y horario rotativo.
Conocimiento de Excel y capacidad de análisis.
Saber definir cuántas personas se necesitan, en qué momento y para qué, alineado con lo que el negocio quiere conseguir.
Capacidad de analizar información (números, indicadores, tendencias) y usarla para decidir qué cambios hacer en equipos o procesos.
Comprender cómo funciona un negocio de retail y cómo las decisiones sobre personas impactan en resultados y cliente.
Saber cómo estructurar equipos, repartir tareas y mejorar la forma en que se trabaja para ser más eficientes.
Capacidad de aconsejar, convencer y acompañar a líderes para tomar mejores decisiones.
