We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Payroll Advisor to join our People Services team in Mount Maunganui on a 10 month fixed term contract Sitting at the heart of the People Team, this role brings together payroll coordination, people data and operational people support to help deliver seamless experiences through the moments that matter for our people.
Reporting to the Payroll and Reporting Lead, this role coordinates payroll delivery through our external provider, ensures people data and reporting is accurate and accessible, and supports employee lifecycle activities in a clear, consistent and people-centred way. You will also play an important role in strengthening our digital-first approach by championing PeopleService Now, improving processes and helping make People Services simpler and easier to access.
While the initial focus will be supporting New Zealand payroll, people data and reporting, this role is part of a global People Services environment. As you become established in the role, there may also be opportunities to flex and support activity across other regions, where capacity and business needs align.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused People or Payroll professional who enjoys bringing accuracy, structure and excellent service to everything you do. You are confident working with data and digital tools, build trusted relationships easily and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving questions and improving processes.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, ServiceNow or a similar case management platform would be a bonus.
