We are looking for a People Partner (Strategic Projects & Capability Building) who will work closely with leaders to drive organizational change, strengthen people and leadership capabilities, and align people processes with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

1. Change Management

  • Support change readiness through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Provide frameworks and coaching to support successful transitions.

2. Culture & Engagement

  • Champion organizational values and embed behaviors through People programs.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and run People Pulse, action planning, and feedback loops.

  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

3. Leadership & Team Development

  • Roll out leadership development programs and People Solutions offerings.

  • Facilitate collaboration and improve team effectiveness.

  • Support coaching, mentoring, and peer-learning initiatives.

4. Policy Deployment & Enforcement

  • Partner with leaders on structure, role clarity, and workforce alignment.

  • Conduct diagnostics to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Support organizational and people process improvement.

5. Talent & Capability Building

  • Enable succession planning, talent reviews, and development initiatives.

  • Align talent strategies with future skills and business priorities.

  • Support recruitment and workforce planning for critical roles.

6. Drive Regional and Global Projects

We’re looking for

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior levels

  • Expertise in change management and organizational development

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills

  • Experience designing or deploying People programs

  • Ability to communicate, facilitate, and collaborate effectively

  • A mindset for innovation, agility, and continuous improvement

  • Experience in designing and implementing capability building programs
