A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a People Partner Sr. Manager, you will lead strategic HR business partnering across assigned accounts, driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance. You will collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary HR liaison, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Your ability to translate insights into actionable strategies will play a critical role in supporting business growth and ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Facilitate focus group discussions and new hire assimilation activities to improve employee experience
Establish feedback channels to strengthen communication between employees and leadership
Partner with operations to analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention strategies
Support performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and growth
Monitor attendance and workforce trends, recommending improvements to drive efficiency
Advise leaders on HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices
Handle escalations related to employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
Lead and develop HR Advisors in delivering effective people programs and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance through data insights and reporting
A BIT ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
At least five years of experience in HR leadership or a similar business partnering role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices
Proven experience in employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics for informed decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Passion for driving continuous improvement and building a positive workplace culture
