
About the position
We are currently seeking a People Partner for our People Partnering Organisation at HQ in Copenhagen supporting our Global People Function.
Our People Partners are the glue of the People Function organization, and the primary responsibilities can be divided into
i) full ownership of HR annual wheel activities
ii) supporting the planning and execution of strategic HR projects and initiatives
iii) developing and facilitating workshops and providing sparring to our business leaders.
In other words, our People Partners play a key role in ensuring a stellar HR experience for our leaders and employees across HQ. This can also mean that there are more operational tasks that need to be performed from time to time.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Senior/Global People Business Partners (who support Senior Leaders from global functions) on the implementation of the global and function-specific People Strategy
Build strong relationships with functional leaders and provide sparring and guidance on leadership
Work with the Regional People Functions on the day-to-day delivery of people processes and resolve complex case
Work closely with HR professionals and specialists, across our Solutions and Deployment teams
Identify and address opportunities for improvement for our leaders by drawing on people insights from available dat
Participate in recruitment processes where relevant
We are looking for
A passion for business partnering and for supporting leaders in delivering a great management experience towards our individual contributors
Solid experience with the HR annual wheel activities in a corporate environment including performance management, salary review, employee engagement, and talent review
Experience in an HR partnering position from a large sized organisation (preferably from a global organisation with a matrix structure) is an added advantage
Experience with change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching
A resilient, flexible personality that can cope with organizational complexity, change and uncertainty
Strong proficiency in English
