YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a proactive, practical, and growth-minded Regional People Partner (Europe) to join our People team. In this role, you will work closely with regional line managers and their teams across Europe, serving as a trusted partner in day-to-day people operations, team development, and organizational culture initiatives. Your main focus will be enabling leaders to achieve business goals, fostering high employee engagement, and driving smooth team operations across the region. A core responsibility will involve leading our Employee Engagement Survey process- translating data into practical action plans—and directly coaching managers to help their teams thrive. We value modern approaches to work, so we are looking for someone who embraces learning, stays curious, and actively leverages AI tools and technology to simplify processes and enhance efficiency in their daily HR work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manager Coaching: Support and coach regional line managers on daily people challenges, performance enablement, and team leadership
- Engagement Survey Ownership: Run the regional Employee Engagement Survey process—analyzing results and helping managers build clear, actionable plans
- Internal Training & Enablement: Prepare and deliver internal training sessions, manager enablement programs, and team alignment discussions
- HR Program Execution: Support the regional rollout of key People initiatives (such as onboarding, retention, and performance cycles) and handle day-to-day employee relations
- Modern HR Workflows: Leverage modern digital tools and AI solutions to optimize daily People processes and communication
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
- 3+ years of experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist (ideally supporting regional or multi-location teams)
- AI & Learning Mindset: Strong enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and daily HR workflows
- Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential for running training sessions, coaching leaders, and driving clear communication across European teams.
- HR Execution & Partnering: Proven track record of supporting managers through daily people challenges and executing core HR initiatives.
- Training & Coaching: Experience in preparing and delivering internal training sessions, workshops, or coaching line managers
- Pragmatic Mindset: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into effective, structured People initiatives
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- Flexible work arrangements: Hybrid work models in cities with physical offices, and remote work options everywhere else. With our hybrid model, Eskimians enjoy Work Away Days—up to one month of fully remote work each year—and flexible schedules, typically beginning the day at 9 a.m. locally.
- Professional development opportunities: Grow with programs like Leaders Assembly for managers, mentorship programs for growing talents, regular learning sessions, and access to external consultants. Our internship programs also serve as stepping stones for career starters, often leading to full-time roles within the team.
- Recognition & rewards: Your efforts matter, so we reward contributions with bonus programs and Bonusly, our peer-to-peer recognition system that turns appreciation into points for gifts and vouchers.
- Additional perks: Private health insurance (location-dependent), volunteer days, and team get-togethers both online and in-person to foster meaningful connections in Eskimi.
- Take a day off to celebrate your birthday! Everyone deserves to unwind and enjoy their special day, so we provide an extra day off just for your birthday.
- Salary: €3,300–€4,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
For candidates based in Lithuania, this role follows a hybrid working model from our Vilnius office (Lvivo St. 21A).
