People Partner in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
This position will be an onsite position at our Savannah location and will be responsible for managing a team of around 600+ employees (exempt/non-exempt). This is a mid-level HR generalist role with emphasis in employee relations and investigations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Employee Relations, Investigations, Building Relatonships, Strong in Communicatons and Following-up.SHRM-CP or PHR certificaton
*Related experience is defined as experience in a HR Business Partner/Generalist or related role*
Further Information: A People Partner supporting the Completions organization must bring strong strategic partnership skills, advanced coaching and mentoring capabilities, and the ability to support a Director or above and their team with proactive, operationally focused guidance. The role requires managing investigations with consistency, fairness, and timeliness, including navigating a steady case volume while maintaining sound judgment and discretion. Success in this environment depends on operating effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑demand setting, anticipating organizational needs, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and delivering clear, concise executive briefings that translate complex workforce issues into actionable insights.
