People & Organization Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and support the development of our employees and organizational growth initiatives.

Experience

• Expert level- 14+ years

• In this role, you will drive learning and development programs, assess training needs, and design knowledge enhancement solutions aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Fresh Graduate Development Plans (FGDP).
• You will collaborate with leadership to build a robust talent development strategy, ensuring effective succession planning and career development activities.
• As a key advisor, you will administer the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
• Additionally, you will analyze organizational structures, culture, and performance metrics to implement targeted interventions and foster a high-performing work environment.

Location- Local Qatar based candidates (prefer) OR within GCC.
