Main goal
This role sits within the HR Development unit, which drives UEFA’s people development agenda by ensuring that initiatives across strategic HR partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee well-being are aligned, coherent and impactful. As our next People & Organisational Development Manager, you will be accountable for shaping and delivering an integrated learning, leadership and organisational development ecosystem that strengthens capabilities, supports our talent and succession pipelines and fosters a culture of continuous growth. You will lead a team of two HR professionals and act as an advisor to HR business partners and business leaders. In addition, you will contribute actively to organisational transformation by supporting managers and teams in navigating change and building future-ready capabilities.
