Job Description

Title: People & Organisation Intern

Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka
Duration: 6 months

Office Hours: Full-time (9AM – 5PM)

Are you passionate about creating compelling content? Join the Novo Nordisk P&O team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment! You’ll collaborate with experts on projects that drive employee engagement, support leadership development, enhance processes, and improve workplace culture.

The position

As a People & Organisation Intern, you will:

  • Assist in creating and publishing content for internal channels aligned with global and local branding guidelines
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal engagement campaigns and events.
  • Prepare and refine communication materials, including videos, articles, presentations, and visual content.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Provide support for various special projects as required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to employee queries.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Business, IT or related field.
  • Proficient writing skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Expert in photo/video editing applications and design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.

About the department

You will be part of the People & Organisation (P&O) team at Novo Nordisk in Bangladesh. Our team is dedicated to supporting the management of the organization’s people resources, focusing on having the right people onboard, driving a culture of high performance, ensuring equitable compensation and benefits for all and building a future-fit organization.
