You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and scalable HR operations across multiple geographies, including Canada, the US, and international markets. The position combines hands-on operational ownership with process improvement, giving you direct influence over how employees experience onboarding, payroll, and day-to-day HR support. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all HR systems and workflows.
