We are looking for a People Operations and Workplace Specialist who will help create a smooth, supportive employee experience while keeping our workplace running seamlessly. You’ll combine hands-on People Operations with workplace management, working closely with the People team and supporting employees throughout their journey with us.

What you will be doing

• Lead and continuously improve our onboarding processes, creating a strong employee experience from day one onwards.

• Be a key point of contact for employees, supporting them with day-to-day People and HR matters.

• Coordinate workplace and office operations, including facilities, supplies, cleaning, maintenance and external vendors.

• Support the employee lifecycle, including HR documentation, contract changes and basic compliance processes.

• Contribute to employee experience, engagement, well-being initiatives and company events.

• Help create a welcoming, well-functioning workplace, proactively identifying ways to improve everyday office and employee experience.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in People Operations, workplace experience, office management or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and a good understanding of what creates a positive onboarding experience.

• Experience working with HiBob or another HRIS system.

• Good working knowledge of Estonian labour law and occupational health and safety regulations, with experience applying them in day-to-day People Operations.

• A highly organised, independent and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with event management and/or people development initiatives, such as performance reviews, is a plus.
