We are looking for a People Operations and Workplace Specialist who will help create a smooth, supportive employee experience while keeping our workplace running seamlessly. You’ll combine hands-on People Operations with workplace management, working closely with the People team and supporting employees throughout their journey with us.
What you will be doing
Lead and continuously improve our onboarding processes, creating a strong employee experience from day one onwards.
Be a key point of contact for employees, supporting them with day-to-day People and HR matters.
Coordinate workplace and office operations, including facilities, supplies, cleaning, maintenance and external vendors.
Support the employee lifecycle, including HR documentation, contract changes and basic compliance processes.
Contribute to employee experience, engagement, well-being initiatives and company events.
Help create a welcoming, well-functioning workplace, proactively identifying ways to improve everyday office and employee experience.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in People Operations, workplace experience, office management or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and a good understanding of what creates a positive onboarding experience.
Experience working with HiBob or another HRIS system.
Good working knowledge of Estonian labour law and occupational health and safety regulations, with experience applying them in day-to-day People Operations.
A highly organised, independent and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with event management and/or people development initiatives, such as performance reviews, is a plus.
