
[What the role is]
We are redesigning our HR service delivery to be leaner, smarter, and more efficient. We are seeking a Tech-Minded HR Operations & Systems Specialist to be at the heart of this journey. This is not a traditional HR role. You will be a key player in running our daily HR operations while simultaneously identifying and implementing automation opportunities that will shape the future of our function.
[What you will be working on]
HR Operations & Service Delivery (The "BAU")
Drive end-to-end annual HR cycles, includingbut not limited toperformance ratings, bonus administration, and promotion exercises, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Oversee core HR processes such as employee onboarding/offboarding, vendor payments, and claims processing.
Act as a key point of contact for HR processesand system queries,providingexpert guidance and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance through systematic validation and regular audits of HR records and transactions
Digital Transformation & Process Automation (The "Tech-Minded")
Proactivelyidentifyandanalyseoperational bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and process gaps that are prime candidates for automation.
Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and solutions using existingGovTechtools (e.g.FormSG, Workday, low-code platforms).
Serve as a system administrator and subject matter expert for our core HR platforms( Workday), managing user access, ensuring data integrity, and driving system optimization.
Develop andmaintainclear system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our evolving processes.
Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by constantly asking "How can we do this better?"
Partner with stakeholders across HR and the business to understand their needs, gather requirements, and co-create effective solutions.
Systems Administration & Management
Manage andmaintainmultiple HR platforms(includingbut not limited)toWorkday,FormSG,including user access management, role assignments, and license renewals
Design, create andmaintaindigital forms, workflows, and system documentation to support HR operations and processes
Ensure data integrity and system hygiene through regular audits, updates, and maintenance activities across all HR systems
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all HR systems and process queries, providingtimelyresolution and expert guidance
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with Business Partners and stakeholders through proactive communication and support
Drive system adoption and process compliance through effective training, documentation, and change management
[What we are looking for]
We are looking for a unique blend of operational diligence and a builder's mindset. You might be an experienced HR professional with a passion for tech, or a tech-savvy graduate eager to apply your skills to real-world business challenges.
Experience& Education
Diploma orBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR systems, or a related field, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms. We are also open to exceptional fresh graduates with a demonstrated passion for technology and process automation.
Provenexpertisein managing andoptimizingHRIS platforms,inparticular, Workday.
Demonstratedtrack recordin implementing HR technology solutions and driving digital transformation in HR functions is highly desirable.
Technical Acumen
Hands-on experience with or a strong aptitude for learning HRIS platforms (Workdayexpertiseis a significant plus).
Proficiencyin Excel is essential; experience with data analysis and visualization is highly desirable.
Curiosity and a willingness to get hands-on with low-code/no-code tools to build solutions.

Advancedproficiencyin HR systems, databases, and Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities

Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.

Collaboration:Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
