Job Description
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the daily operational management of Security Guards in Security Services projects. This is a frontline workforce operations role, involving shift coordination, absence & replacement management, onboarding of new employees, and direct support of field staff. The People Operations Specialist acts as a key point of contact for Security Guards and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, covering staffing needs, supporting employees, and resolving incidents in real time.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Onboarding new staff into active projects
- Daily coordination of Security Guards (100+ employees)
- Managing absences and last-minute replacements
- Supporting shift planning
- Supporting operations during incidents and urgent situations
- Handling basic HR tasks (leaves, sick days, employee records)
Requirements
- Experience in similar role in Security guarding is mandatory
- Comfort with intensive phone communication and multitasking
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and fast response time
- Very good MS Office skills
- Basic HR knowledge (onboarding, leave handling) considered a plus
