Job Description

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the daily operational management of Security Guards in Security Services projects. This is a frontline workforce operations role, involving shift coordination, absence & replacement management, onboarding of new employees, and direct support of field staff. The People Operations Specialist acts as a key point of contact for Security Guards and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, covering staffing needs, supporting employees, and resolving incidents in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Onboarding new staff into active projects
  • Daily coordination of Security Guards (100+ employees)
  • Managing absences and last-minute replacements
  • Supporting shift planning
  • Supporting operations during incidents and urgent situations
  • Handling basic HR tasks (leaves, sick days, employee records)

Requirements

  • Experience in similar role in Security guarding is mandatory
  • Comfort with intensive phone communication and multitasking
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and fast response time
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Basic HR knowledge (onboarding, leave handling) considered a plus
