As a People Operations Specialist (Digital Labor Card) you will be responsible for managing the critical processes related to time & attendance, Digital Labor Card and ERGANI requirements, while supporting payroll coordination and maintaining reliable employee data. Your goal is to ensure all People operations run efficiently, in full alignment with labor law and internal policies, while contributing to a seamless employee experience.

What you will do

  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Digital Labor Card the organization
  • Oversee daily People operations related to time & attendance, ensuring accuracy and full compliance
  • Monitor employee working hours, overtime, shifts, absences, and leave records
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in time tracking and payroll-related data
  • Manage ERGANI / ERGANI II submissions, declarations, and employee data updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRMS and related systems
  • Partner with Finance and external providers to support payroll and benefits administration, including international entities
  • Prepare People Operations reports and analytics for internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with labor law and compliance changes, ensuring timely implementation in HR processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives within the People function

What you will bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Labor Card and ERGANI / ERGANI II
  • Solid understanding of Greek labor law, especially around working time and leave
  • Experience with time & attendance systems and HR processes
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and coordinating with internal or external stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to work with HR data and reports
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
