In this role, you will be the backbone of P&O delivery, ensuring that the client’s plans, procedures, and talent management programs are executed with precision and care.
As a member of the P&O Operations team, you will handle a variety of essential human resources tasks within a centralized hub. You will work within established procedures to support the client’s multiple segments and regions, ensuring Associates receive consistent and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for Associate queries regarding the client’s P&O programs, policies, and procedures.
Execute P&O-related transactions throughout the Associate lifecycle (acquisition, retention, and transitions) with high accuracy.
Identify issues in straightforward situations, assess them using standard protocols, and make data-driven decisions based on factual information.
Support the broader outsourcing and shared services spectrum, managing the client’s engagement processes through to final delivery.
Assist in P&O communications to ensure all Associates remain informed and engaged with the organizational programs.
We are looking for a candidate who balances technical knowledge with a methodical approach to work.
Working knowledge of Customer Service/ Service Center/HR functions developed through formal training or previous professional experience.
The ability to work effectively within established procedures while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Skills in identifying problems and relevant issues, using standard procedures to find resolutions.
Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision and contributing to a centralized team that supports the client’s diverse global regions.
