People Operations & Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team—someone who enjoys thinking in terms of systems, takes pride in the quality of their work, finds satisfaction in precise administration, and is eager to leverage their experience in recruitment and selection while growing within a supportive, international environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR adminisztrációs feladatok precíz kezelése:
  • Külföldi kiküldetésekhez kapcsolódó dokumentáció,
  • Bérszámfejtés előkészítéséhez kapcsolódó adatok összeállítása,
  • Munkaviszonyhoz kapcsolódó dokumentumok előkészítése és nyilvántartása.
• HR adatbázisok naprakészen tartása;
• Toborzási és kiválasztási folyamatok önálló támogatása;
• Álláshirdetések és pályázatok kezelése, jelentkezők koordinálása;
• Telefonos előszűrések és interjúk szervezése és lebonyolítása;
• Kapcsolattartás a pályázókkal és a kiválasztásban érintett vezetőkkel;
• Az új munkatársak sikeres beilleszkedésének támogatása;
• Szoros együttműködés szakterületi vezetőkkel a munkavállalói életciklus során felmerülő kérdésekben;
• HR folyamatok fejlesztésében való részvétel;

REQUIREMENTS

• Felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel;
• Legalább 3 év releváns tapasztalatot szereztél HR területen;
• Magabiztosan kommunikálsz angol (legalább B2) nyelven szóban és írásban;
• A német nyelvismeret előnyt jelent számodra;
• Erős szervezési- és adminisztratív készségek, precíz, strukturált és megbízható munkavégzés;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) alapos ismeretekkel rendelkezel;
• Önállóan, de csapatban is hatékonyan dolgozol;
