Skeleton Technologies is looking for a People Operations & Office Specialist to join our team in Lappeenranta.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing in cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees.
• Support managers with people-related topics and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish employment legislation, collective agreement requirements where applicable, and internal HR policies.
• Drive local HR processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support office operations and employee engagement activities in Lappeenranta.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of broad HR generalist experience in Finland, including hands-on payroll administration.
• Strong working knowledge of Finnish employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with employment contracts, HR documentation, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Ability to advise managers independently on day-to-day people and employment matters.
• Fluent Finnish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Structured, accurate and service-minded approach, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently across Lappeenranta area and collaborate effectively with an international HR team.
