This is a full-time, salary, exempt position.

A day in the life as a Wood Rodgers' People Operations Manager

While there is no typical day in HR (which is part of the excitement of working in HR), there are a few things that you can count on:

• Support employees throughout their journey with us
• Coach leaders and managers on performance and development
• Help attract, onboard, and retain great talent
• Lead engagement and culture initiatives
• Keep us compliant while maintaining a people-first approach

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Someone who can balance business needs with genuine care for people

Offers will be based on several factors, including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, training, and location. Base pay is just one part of the comprehensive compensation package offered by Wood Rodgers.
