The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

• Support HR operations by documenting processes, policies, and workflows.
• Help streamline and optimize existing People processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
• Partner with the People team on day-to-day tasks, including onboarding, scheduling, and data entry.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and build scalable HR practices.

Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)

• Student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of HR/People concepts (onboarding, employee data, documentation).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented mindset and genuine interest in workflows and documentation.
• Proactive and quick learner, comfortable in dynamic environments.
