Job Description

• Assist with end-to-end HR operations processes
• Assisting with benefits enrollment and administration.
• Maintaining and organizing employee records and files
• Support and learn Compensation & Benefits processes, including BPJS, insurance administration and other benefits coordination
• Assist in preparing and managing people letters and employee documentation, as well as supporting HR tools and systems
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team environment and work independently
• Having experiences in organizations or internships
• Available for internship start from February 2026
