- The People Operations Generalist at Microlumen Inc will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's human resources functions. This position is designed to enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department. The Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or people operations roles.
- Proven track record of managing employee relations and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or technology company is a plus.
