Whether it's supporting fitness goals, navigating busy lifestyles, or ageing gracefully, we help people shine through the power of collagen and support them every step of the way.

Pioneering a new category in wellness, we are proud to lead the way in Beauty Nutrition, bridging beauty and nutrition through a daily, enjoyable self-care routine. Our focus is on redefining how people approach beauty, health, and wellbeing through science-backed, great-tasting collagen formulations that deliver visible results.

At The Collagen Co. innovation, integrity, and a passion for helping others look and feel their best underpin everything we do. Together, we're building a global brand at the forefront of the Beauty Nutrition movement.

About The Role

We're growing, and we have just moved into our brand-new offices located in Tottenham. Now we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator to assist with the people foundations that will support the next stage of our journey.

You'll report directly to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and work closely with other managers and teams across the business. This is a hands-on role at the centre of everything we do. In conjunction with our CPO you'll make sure every team member, from their first interview to their latest milestone, has a smooth, well-organised and positive working experience.

We move quickly, so we need someone who loves getting stuck in, keeps on top of the detail and makes sure nothing important falls through the cracks. If you get real satisfaction from bringing order to a busy environment, you'll fit right in.

What your week could look like:

  • Preparing employment contracts, letters of offer and employee documentation;
  • Coordinating recruitment, from scheduling interviews to completing reference and work rights checks;
  • Planning onboarding and inductions so new starters feel welcome from day one;
  • Maintaining accurate personnel files and HR records;
  • Keeping visa, training and employee information up to date;
  • Supporting our CPO with day-to-day people and performance administration;
  • Coordinating probation reviews and other recurring people processes;
  • Supporting payroll by processing new starter information, superannuation details, salary and award adjustments in addition to any other employee changes;
  • Helping to maintain and refresh our HR policies, templates and procedures in our HRIS;
  • Organising training sessions, team meetings and staff events;
  • Looking after our new office, including supplies, suppliers, services and general office administration including the coordination of facilities management as required;
  • Supporting internal communications and company-wide initiatives that bring our culture to life;
  • Working with our CPO and other managers to document HSE processes where people administration overlaps with compliance and safety;
  • Helping to continually improve the systems and processes we use to look after our amazing team.

You won't be expected to know everything from day one. For all complex employee relations or employment law matters, you'll have the full support of our Chief People Officer.

What we're looking for:

You'll have 1–3 years' experience in HR, People & Culture, recruitment, office management or a similar coordination role. Having done every part of this job before matters less to us than these qualities:

  • You're highly organised and can juggle several priorities at once;
  • You're reliable and always follow through;
  • You communicate confidently with people at every level of the business;
  • You're comfortable working with both office-based and blue-collar teams;
  • You're curious, happy to ask questions and keen to learn;
  • You're practical and enjoy solving everyday problems;
  • You're strong on administration and have a sharp eye for detail;
  • You're confident using HR systems (previous experience with Employment Hero would be beneficial);
  • You handle confidential information with care and discretion;
  • You're warm and approachable, but not afraid to hold people to a process;
  • You’re comfortable and enjoy using AI as a tool for efficiency gain and process improvement.

Some HR knowledge or experience with employment contracts, Modern Awards, the Fair Work Act, recruitment or employee records would be highly regarded. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or another operational environment would also be useful, but isn't essential.

Where this role can take you:

This is much more than a coordination role. To begin with, your focus will be on building strong, reliable support around our people and office processes as we settle into our new home. As you get to know the business and grow your skills, you'll have the chance to own more across People & Culture, systems and business processes.

You'll be learning directly from our CPO while assisting in shaping the people operations function of a fast-growing global brand. If you're capable and ambitious, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a business where your contribution truly matters, we'd love to hear from you. Submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to apply.
