You'll join our dynamic People and Culture team, the heartbeat of Future's employee experience. We connect talented professionals worldwide, managing creative initiatives that make our workplace fair, respectful, and vibrant. We're currently expanding our operations across our high-growth US divisions to build valuable employee communities. In this New York role, you'll help craft a welcoming, seamless benefits journey for our entire US team.
You'll manage day-to-day US benefits, 401(k) plans, and HRIS data from our New York office. You'll serve as the primary contact US colleagues turn to for clear guidance on medical, dental, vision, life, and leave of absence queries. In this hybrid role, you'll partner closely with UK Payroll and People Operations to ensure seamless compliance and accurate data. By using tools like Dayforce for HRIS and Cocoon for leaves, you'll keep records complete and audit-ready. Your technical work in Excel will help simplify complex processes, ensuring our people receive the exceptional service they deserve

The expected range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from the New York office.
