Join our People Operations team in Wrocław, Poland and play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience. As a People Operations Associate, you will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, helping ensure processes are accurate, efficient and delivered to a high standard. What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be at the centre of day to day People Operations activity. You will support employees and managers with queries, guide them through key HR processes and help make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From onboarding new starters and managing contract changes to supporting payroll processes and handling employee lifecycle administration, your work will have a direct impact on the employee experience.

You will maintain accurate data, manage workflow requests and ensure activities are delivered in line with company policies and local legislation. Working closely with colleagues across HR, you will also help identify improvements, resolve issues and contribute to creating a consistent and high quality service across the organisation.

What will you need to be successful?

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in HR administration together with a proactive and customer focused mindset. You will be comfortable working with detail, managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly in an international environment.

  • Previous experience in HR administration, shared services or a customer oriented HR or payroll environment will be a strong asset

  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and build effective relationships

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines

  • A proactive approach to problem solving, handling sensitive information and continuous improvement

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 65,500 PLN - 98,250 PLN gross annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
