In this role, you will support core HR operations and provide a consistent, reliable experience for employees. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to help deliver key HR processes and services, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
Main Tasks
  • Ensure timely responses to employee queries through ourticketing system (PeopleDoc)case solving system - Workday Help
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and manage a set of defined operational tasks within HR Operations globally.
  • Partner with the payroll team to resolve payroll-related queries and ensure all changes are processed accurately and on time
  • Escalate benefits-related queries to the Benefits team to ensure proper administration
  • Work closely with the HRIS team, escalating system issues promptly
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance on HR policies (e.g., maternity, paternity, sick leave, among others) to employees
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and labor regulations
  • Support HR operational audits by reviewing data, identifying gaps, and helping ensure compliance across processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within People Operations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
  • Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience with Workday is desirable
  • Experience working with HR helpdesk/service desk models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time and permanent role.
100% remote and based in Argentina
