Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
The People Operations Analyst supports end-to-end people operations for employees and interns in Egypt, ensuring a high-quality employee experience while maintaining compliance with local legal and corporate requirements.
What You'll Do:
Manage the whole process of onboarding and offboarding for local employees, interns, and applicable mobility populations in line with GM policies and local requirements.
Address employees’ inquiries on HR topics and act as the local contact for people operations issues, providing guidance and coordinating with the appropriate teams as needed.
Act as the training administrator and training analysis for the local market, facilitate new hire orientation, and coordinate with training speakers, training vendors, or local partners as needed. Provide training insights with local HR.
Support HR documentation processes, including the preparation, collection, and coordination of documents requiring wet signatures and company stamps/chops, where applicable.
Maintain and update employee files in line with documentation standards, ensuring required documents are properly saved and organized.
Serve as a local contact for People Operations and benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Assist with People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the supported markets.
Support process standardization, simplification, and automation efforts to improve efficiency and consistency.
Help maintain local process documents and knowledge materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global standards.
Perform other HR operations tasks assigned by the manager to support business needs.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above. A major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
+ 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Services.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Good communication skills for service delivery and cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
Ability to operate independently on operational issues with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving ability and service awareness.
Strong customer mindset and focus on improving the employee experience.
High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes consistently.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a strong sense of confidentiality.
A good team player with initiative, an open mind, and a positive attitude.
