The Senior People Operations Advisor provides expert operational HR support and advisory services to employees and managers across the DACH region throughout the employee lifecycle. The role acts as a key point of contact for complex HR matters, drives process improvements, and ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of HR operations while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
As a Senior People Operations Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to employees and managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, delivering expert HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. Combining strong HR expertise with a service-oriented mindset, you will help ensure a seamless employee experience while driving process excellence and continuous improvement.
