About Us
At LION, we’re all about making the moment mean more. We brew, market and deliver some of Australia and New Zealand’s most loved brands, while building a culture where people can grow, belong and make a real impact.
The Role
Join our People Operations team and help deliver a trusted, efficient and seamless people experience for our teams across LION.
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 P&C service delivery across a broad range of employee lifecycle activities
Act as the first point of contact for people related enquiries, providing timely support and resolution
Triage people and payroll enquiries, resolve where possible and connect more complex matters with the right specialist teams
Support key activities including contracts, onboarding checks, live agent enquiries, knowledge approvals and people data processes
Partner with Payroll, People Experience and broader P&C teams to provide accurate, practical and timely support
Strengthen self-service by maintaining clear, accessible knowledge and helping our people find the information they need
Improve processes by identifying simpler ways of working, reducing duplication and supporting new services as they transition into the team
This is a great opportunity to broaden your P&C experience, build your knowledge across People Operations and contribute to how we continue improving the experience we provide our people. We have one permanent, full time opportunity available as well as one full time, fixed term 6-month opportunity.
