About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and genuinely enjoys being the friendly face that brings a workplace together. As our People Operations Administrator, you’ll be a key part of our People Function, supporting day-to-day site operations, reception, and Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SHW) activities.

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, creating a welcoming, professional environment. Working closely with our People Ops Manager and broader team, you’ll play an integral role in keeping our site running efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

Based at our Tatura site (near Shepparton), no two days will look the same in this diverse and hands-on role. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reception and Customer Service: Be the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and team members, delivering professional and responsive service at every interaction. Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution across the business.
• Site Operations Assistance: Manage farm supply levels, purchase orders, and procurement processes while coordinating house rental and cleaning schedules. Deliver administrative support to the Leadership Team, including event coordination, and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• People, Safety, Health & Wellbeing Operations Assistance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including HRIS data management, to support compliance and audit readiness. Provide administrative support to the People, Marking and SHW team to enable the effective delivery of programs and initiatives.

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• A genuine customer service mindset, you take pride in creating positive experiences.
• An innovative, can-do attitude and a love of problem-solving.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed.
• A current driver’s licence.
