Aufgaben

These are your tasks:

• Taking part in sourcing relevant candidates and coordination of recruitment proces;
• HR admin tasks related to pension plans and benefits;
• Onboarding;
• Maintaining and preparing data necessary to process payroll;
• Replying to payroll related employee queries;
• Conducting internal trainings;
• Supporting company’s growth by contributing to creating its culture.

Qualifikationen

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of HR and Recruitment;

· Proven interest in HR, psychology or related area;

· Basic knowledge of Polish regulations around payroll and social security;

· Fluent English written & spoken;

· Good communication skills;

· Team player.
