Your role:

The People Leader – Talent, Leadership, Culture & Wellbeing is responsible for shaping how Philips attracts, develops, empowers and supports its people to deliver on its purpose of improving lives through meaningful innovation. As humble enterprise leader for the Talent, Leadership, Culture & Wellbeing portfolio, this role defines the strategic direction, governance and evolution of globally scalable people products that build leadership capability, organizational health and workforce readiness for the future.

Working within Philips People Function’ product-led operating model, the role partners closely with Product Owners to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, human-centered and AI-powered people products that improve employee experience, strengthen organizational capability and deliver measurable business value.
The role leads a global team of subject matter experts, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring Philips continues its transformation towards a Human-led, AI-powered organization delivering better care for more people.

The People Leader operates within Philips' People Function product-led operating model and partners closely with Product Owners to deliver integrated enterprise-wide people products.
While Product Owners are accountable for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of individual products, the People Leader is accountable for portfolio strategy, governance, prioritization, investment decisions and value realization.

The People Leader - Accountabilities

• Defines the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap, l inked with technology roadmap of PF
• Sets portfolio priorities and investment decisions in alignment PF leadership
• Establishes governance, design principles and product standards.
• Guides Product Owners in translating strategy into specific product roadmaps.
• Resolves cross-product dependencies and portfolio trade-offs.
• Reviews and improves portfolio performance (incl. Impact - experience, costs and quality) and business outcomes.
• Champions innovation and responsible AI adoption.
• Fosters collaboration across peers, product owners, SMEs, People Business Partners, People Business Services, internal and external technology partners.

You're the right fit if:

• 12+ years of experience leading global Talent, Leadership, Learning, Culture, Wellbeing portfolios in a complex multinational environment.
• Demonstrated accountability for portfolio governance, prioritization, investment decisions and value realization across multiple products, programs or services.
• Proven track record of defining portfolio strategies, prioritizing investments and delivering measurable business value across multiple products or services.
• Experience leading technology and AI-enabled transformation, partnering with technology teams to deliver scalable employee and business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, Culture, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness and/or Wellbeing.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling enterprise-wide solutions that strengthen organizational capability and deliver measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to influence, align and challenge senior stakeholders across Business, People and Technology functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-level decisions involving competing priorities, investments and portfolio trade-offs.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, including Product Owners, senior professionals and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability, foster collaboration and drive a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
