People Insights & Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a People Insights & Analytics Specialist to ensure reliable day‑to‑day delivery of HR reporting through Workday. This role builds, maintains, and configures Workday reports and dashboards, translates business needs into reporting solutions, and enables self‑service reporting capabilities for stakeholders. The position also supports high‑priority projects for senior management and the HR community, ensuring data quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
Role Purpose & Scope
The People Insights & Analytics Specialist exists to deliver workforce‑related reports and insights that support data‑driven decision‑making across Lonza. The role covers end‑to‑end development of Workday reporting solutions, including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. It ensures reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business priorities, while supporting the evolution of HR reporting offerings and technology approaches.
