SALARY: $84,800 - $100,700, bonus eligible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner withPBPs andbusiness leaders to alignPeopleinititaves with organizational goals
Supportand executea variety ofPeopleinitiativesincluding engagement, talent management, rewards cycle, turnover reduction efforts,and more
Support campus recruitment, trainee and development programs
Analyze people data and generateactionableinsights to support business decision-making
Identifyopportunitiesand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and employeeexperience
Provide guidance onroutine employeeinquiriesand self-servicetools; escalate complex issues to PBPs or COEs
Manage & maintainMaster Data changes and management, including manager changes, cost center updates, titles, promotions, and salary changes
ProcessWorkday transactionsand IT onboarding
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years' experience in HR function.

You’re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's degree required.
Open to future relocation for developmental and promotional opportunities preferred.
Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
