Job Description

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.   Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO and now in Cape Town South Africa!
Our People Team is the heartbeat of MOO. You’ll be joining a dual-function squad that bridges the gap between seamless People Operations and strategic People Partnering. As we launch our South Africa site, your role will be pivotal in establishing our local culture and ensuring our "MOOsters" have everything they need to thrive from day one.
As our People Generalist, you are a seasoned pro who handles specialized tasks with full independence. You’ll own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for our South African MOOsters. We aren't looking for someone to just follow a manual; we want someone who brings a fresh perspective, identifies risks before they become issues, and optimizes every workflow they touch.
We’re looking for an experienced People Generalist  who can combine People Operations expertise with MOO’s Every Detail Counts and Imagine It Better values. You’re a self-starter with broad experience, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and passionate about process optimisation, business continuity, and problem-solving. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo to discover better ways of working, and you use data and best practices to design thoughtful, effective solutions.
