About the Position
The People Experience Coordinator represents the SOURCE department to internal and external customers by delivering an exceptional, people-first experience in every interaction.
This role serves as a key connection point across the organization, supporting employees, leaders, and guests with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and care. Whether assisting with employee needs, coordinating behind-the-scenes work, or welcoming guests onto our campus, the People Experience Coordinator plays an important role in creating a seamless and positive experience.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being helpful, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and the business.
