Technology Business Partner — HR & Recruiting (Workday HCM), Director

About the Role Accountable for the HR & Recruiting technology portfolio, covering core HCM, employee lifecycle, and full recruiting. Leads end‑to‑end delivery—design, development, integrations, and production support—while shaping the future HR tech roadmap across a hybrid SaaS/custom ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of HR & Recruiting systems, including SLAs, incident response, releases, and L2/L3 support.
• Prioritize demand, manage capacity, and balance stability with continuous enhancements.
• Lead and develop a cross‑functional team of analysts, developers, and integration/support engineers.
• Drive operational metrics and enforce SDLC, change control, testing, and audit standards.
• Serve as primary advisor to HR/TA leadership; manage scope, staffing, and SOWs.
• Surface and prioritize requirements; act as domain SME for roadmaps, vendor direction, and AI trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years enterprise applications; 6+ years domain ownership.
• 5+ years managing technical/functional teams.
• Proven managed‑service leadership (SLAs, KPIs, governance).
• Integration experience (APIs, MuleSoft/iPaaS) across hybrid SaaS + custom estates.
• Deep HR/talent expertise: HCM, employee data, payroll/benefits, time/absence, compensation, performance, recruiting.
• Hands‑on Workday HCM (business processes, security, EIBs/Core Connectors, integrations).
• Experience with ATS/TA systems and CRM‑based candidate management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or managed‑services background.
• Onshore/offshore support leadership.
• ERP/SaaS transformation experience.
• Automation/AI/GenAI in HR tech.
• Global HR operations (localization, privacy, works councils).

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Finance TechnoFunctional .

Experience: >10 YEARS .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
