As People Development Manager, you play a key role in shaping a culture where people can thrive, grow, and contribute their best. You design and deliver development strategies that strengthen organisational capability, nurture talent, and enable teams and leaders to succeed in a dynamic environment. Your mission is to translate business needs into impactful learning and development solutions that support our strategic priorities and build a future-ready workforce.

By designing development opportunities that employees can immediately apply, you empower individuals to take ownership of their growth and help teams learn, adapt, and perform at their best.
Your work is inherently collaborative. For one, you are part of a twelve-member team responsible for the entire employee experience, from Talent Acquisition to Organisational and Talent Development. Additionally, you connect with colleagues across HR and the business, bring people together around shared development goals, and enable leaders and teams to have open, constructive development conversations. You ensure that people development becomes an
integrated, everyday practice, something we build collectively rather than manage in isolation.
