Administer, configure and maintain global HR technology platforms including HRIS, Learning, Performance Management and Compensation systems
Develop system health, performance and data integrity across all P&C technology platforms
Identify and implement system optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience and data quality
Manage system updates, releases and patches in coordination with vendors and the IT team
Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, process maps and user manuals
Integration & Data Management
Support the administration and maintenance of system integrations across the HR technology landscape
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all connected platforms and the P&C Data Lake
Perform regular data audits, cleansing and validation to maintain a single source of truth
Support the management of data pipelines and automated data flows between systems
Contribute to the ongoing development of the P&C data warehouse and analytics capability
Reporting & Analytics
Develop, maintain and distribute regular P&C reports and dashboards covering key metrics including hiring, performance, learning, total rewards and DEI
Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from P&C collaborators and business leaders
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Support the automation of monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
Contribute to the development of self-serve analytics capabilities for the P&C team
Collaborator & Vendor Management
Act as a key point of contact for HR technology queries from P&C team members and employees
Partner with vendors to manage system issues, enhancements and roadmap planning
Collaborate with IT, Security and Data teams to ensure platforms are secure, compliant and scalable
Support vendor evaluation processes and contribute to build vs buy recommendations
Engage collaborators to gather requirements, communicate system changes and drive adoption
Projects & Transformation
Actively contribute to the People Technology transformation programs as a hands-on delivery team member
Support the implementation of new HR technology modules, platforms and integrations
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities
Contribute to change management and training activities for new system rollouts
Stay current with HR technology trends, innovations and procedures to inform continuous improvement
Technical Skills
Hands-on HR technology experience, with proven administration of one or more HR platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, Docebo, or SuccessFactors)
Solid understanding of data structures, data quality and system integrations, with advanced Excel skills including data manipulation and analysis
Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using HR systems or BI tools
Ability to configure, test and maintain HR technology platforms
Analytical & Problem Solving
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose system issues and identify root causes
Diligent with a structured approach to problem solving
Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating complex, multi-system environments
Interpersonal & Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
Collaborative teammate who builds strong relationships across P&C, IT and the business
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborators
Attitude & Ways of Working
Strong learning mindset and a proactive approach to developing new knowledge and skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Adaptable and resilient in the face of change and evolving priorities
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with data lakes, data warehouses or cloud-based data platforms
Exposure to RPA, workflow automation or API integration tools
Knowledge of BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
Familiarity with DEI reporting and people analytics best practices
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and regional equivalents
Exposure to AI and machine learning applications within HR technology
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
HR technology certifications (e.g., Workday, SAP or ServiceNow HR) are advantageous
Project management experience or certification is a plus
