As part of a forward-thinking People & Culture team, you will be at the heart of administering, optimizing and evolving our global HR technology ecosystem — spanning learning, performance, HRIS, compensation and beyond.

This is an opportunity to join an organization at an inflection point in its People Technology journey — where your work will have real, visible impact on the employee experience and the broader business. You will bring hands-on HR technology experience, sharp analytical thinking and a genuine curiosity for continuous improvement. If you thrive in a global environment, love solving complex problems and are excited by the intersection of people and technology, we want to hear from you.

Your New Role:

  • Manage system updates, releases and patches in coordination with vendors and the IT team

  • Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, process maps and user manuals

Integration & Data Management

  • Support the administration and maintenance of system integrations across the HR technology landscape

  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all connected platforms and the P&C Data Lake

  • Perform regular data audits, cleansing and validation to maintain a single source of truth

  • Support the management of data pipelines and automated data flows between systems

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the P&C data warehouse and analytics capability

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain and distribute regular P&C reports and dashboards covering key metrics including hiring, performance, learning, total rewards and DEI

  • Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from P&C collaborators and business leaders

  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Support the automation of monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

  • Contribute to the development of self-serve analytics capabilities for the P&C team

Collaborator & Vendor Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR technology queries from P&C team members and employees

  • Partner with vendors to manage system issues, enhancements and roadmap planning

  • Collaborate with IT, Security and Data teams to ensure platforms are secure, compliant and scalable

  • Support vendor evaluation processes and contribute to build vs buy recommendations

  • Engage collaborators to gather requirements, communicate system changes and drive adoption

Projects & Transformation

  • Actively contribute to the People Technology transformation programs as a hands-on delivery team member

  • Support the implementation of new HR technology modules, platforms and integrations

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities

  • Contribute to change management and training activities for new system rollouts

  • Stay current with HR technology trends, innovations and procedures to inform continuous improvement
