About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a passionate People & Culture Supervisor to join the team. The People and CultureSupervisor is expected to be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner. This positionis responsible forthe employee hiring process, employeerelationsand all the processes involved aiming to guarantee an exceptional employee hiring experience

  • Workharmoniouslyandprofessionallywithco-workersandsupervisorswhilemaintainingtheconfidentialityofPeople and Culture

  • Maintaindigital andelectronicrecordsofemployeesanddepartmentalreports

  • ContractsManagement

  • Completeterminationpaperworkandexitinterviews.

  • Produce andsubmitreportsongeneralactivity

  • Training andsupportfordepartmentalManagers intheuseofsystems,workcalendars,procedures,etc

  • Draftingandstablishproceduresandmanualsaccordingasneeded

  • Participationindepartmentallabormeetingsandmanagethenecessaryadjustmentsandchanges

  • Monitoringperformanceevaluations,satisfactionsurveysandactionplans

  • Participationindepartmentalbriefings

  • Keepup-to-datewiththelatestPeople and Culturetrendsandbestpractices
