Job Description

A missão desta função é de prestar suporte transversal ao departamento de People & Culture, quer administrativo e operacional à área, garantindo a correta execução de processos de gestão de pessoas (admissões, alterações contratuais, benefícios, formação e reporting), assegurando a atualização e integridade da informação no SAP Success Factors e a eficiente implementação e dinamização das iniciativas e processos de gestão de pessoas.

O desafio:

  • Suportar a gestão administrativa do SAP SuccessFactors, incluindo criação e atualização de registos de colaboradores, movimentos (admissões, transferências, promoções, saídas) e manutenção da informação organizacional.
  • Apoiar processos de onboarding e offboarding, preparando documentação e garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos definidos.
  • Assegurar a atualização de dados pessoais e contratuais dos colaboradores, garantindo conformidade com a legislação laboral e políticas internas.
  • Apoiar na comunicação interna, e na organização de eventos de RH, participando na fase de ideação e apoiando na preparação e dinamização.
  • Apoiar a organização de ações de formação, incluindo inscrições, logística e registo no sistema.
  • Prestar apoio de primeira linha a colaboradores e chefias em questões administrativas de RH.
  • Arquivar e organizar documentação de RH, assegurando o cumprimento das normas de proteção de dados (RGPD).
  • Colaborar com outras áreas de RH (Compensação e Benefícios, Talent Acquisition, Formação) em processos transversais.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos administrativos, identificando oportunidades de eficiência.

Requisitos:

  • 12 º ano
  • Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou área similar (preferencial).
  • 1 a 2 anos de experiência em funções administrativas de RH, valorizada experiência com HRIS/SAP Success Factors (preferencial).

Outros conhecimentos (preferencial):

  • Experiência de SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experiência com Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Conhecimentos delegislação laboral
  • Conhecimento de RGPD aplicado a dados de RH

The mission of this role is to provide cross-functional support to the People & Culture department, both administratively and operationally, ensuring the correct execution of people management processes (admissions, contract changes, benefits, training, and reporting), guaranteeing the updating and integrity of information in SAP SuccessFactors and the efficient implementation and promotion of people management initiatives and processes.

The challenge:

  • Support the administrative management of SAP SuccessFactors, including the creation and updating of employee records, movements (admissions, transfers, promotions, departures), and maintenance of organizational information.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with defined deadlines.
  • Ensure the updating of personal and contractual data of employees, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Support internal communication and the organization of HR events, participating in the ideation phase and assisting in preparation and promotion.
  • Support the organization of training sessions, including registration, logistics, and system registration.
  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR administrative matters.
  • File and organize HR documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
  • Collaborate with other HR areas (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training) on ​​cross-functional processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Completed 12th grade (high school diploma)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar field (preferred).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administrative functions, experience with HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors is valued (preferred).

Other (preferential skills and know-how):

  • SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Knowledge of GDPR applied to HR data
