Job Description

We are looking for a People & Culture Partner to join our growing People & Culture team in Hostivice and become an important source of support for our managers and employees.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, knows how to build relationships based on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect, and wants to help create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and able to grow. If you believe that good HR is not only about processes and administration, but first and foremost about people, we would be happy to meet you.

About the job

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the variety of HR. One day, you may support managers with people-related topics, help recruit a new colleague, or work with HR data and reporting. The next day, you may focus on employment law, HR administration in SAP, or finding practical ways to improve our processes.

  • Advise and support managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters, employee relations, and employment legislation.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Ensure efficient HR administration, employee data maintenance, and reporting.
  • Support learning and development, performance management, and other People & Culture activities.
  • Improve HR processes and contribute to local and international projects.

We believe that trust is the foundation of every successful working relationship. That is why we are looking for someone who will help strengthen trust in the People & Culture team, listen to the needs of employees and managers, and contribute to a workplace built on open communication, respect, and collaboration.

We are here first and foremost for people. And because of that, we can be a strong partner to the business as well.

Who are you?

We are not focused on the degree or title you have. Your practical experience, sound judgement, and willingness to be a genuine partner to employees and managers matter much more to us.

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, People & Culture Partner, or in a similarly broad HR role.
  • Solid knowledge of Czech employment law and core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Practical recruitment experience and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
  • Experience with HR systems, employee data, and HR reporting.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, listen, and build trust across the organization.
  • A proactive and pragmatic mindset, independence, and a willingness to keep learning and developing.
  • Fluent Czech and very good written and spoken English.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.

We are not looking for a perfect candidate or the “best of the best”. What matters much more to us is your willingness to learn, grow, and show a genuine interest in working with people.

Who are we?

We are a growing People & Culture team that values collaboration, open communication, and mutual support. We strive to create an environment where people feel respected, have room to grow, and know they can turn to us when they need support.

Our role is to support employees and managers while helping the company operate successfully and grow. We believe the best results come when the people who create them are able to thrive.
