We are excited to soon welcome IKEA to Jaipur, where this role will be based. This is a great opportunity to be part of building a new store and contributing to IKEA’s growth in India.

Your responsibilities

• Support the execution of People & Culture activities at the unit level together with Local Operational Service Specialists (LOS) to create a great co-worker experience.
• Manage onboarding, including Day 1 experience, IT asset allocation, and preparation of employment documents.
• Support managers and buddies throughout the onboarding journey: Day 1, first week, and Day 30-60-90 touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date co-worker records in HR systems.
• Handle offboarding activities, including exit interviews, system updates, and co-worker queries.
• Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of learning and training activities.
• Drive co-worker communication and engagement initiatives in line with the IKEA culture and brand.
• Manage vendor coordination for co-worker-related needs such as uniforms and external services.
• Support timekeeping, payroll processes, and staffing systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with People & Culture policies and contribute to smooth and efficient operations.
• Work closely with LOS teams, Global Business Operations Team, recruitment, Centers of Expertise, and Business Partners to deliver consistent support.
