Position details

Reports to: Regional P&C Manager

Purpose of the Role: Support the effective execution of People & Culture processes and initiatives in the SEE region, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Opportunity

• Manage employee benefits administration
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process (job ad creation, CV screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation)
• Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and structured integration of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Analyze P&C data and contribute to reporting and insights
• Support the development and continuous improvement of P&C policies and procedures
• Ensure proper implementation of central and regional P&C policies within the local scope
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on P&C processes
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including employee changes and offboarding activities

Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms (e.g. SAP Success Factors)
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
