About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Intern to join the Team!

What you will do

The P&C Intern is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet uponentering intothe office and provides clerical support to the department. This position responds to inquiries in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumemployee, applicant or vendor satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons’ policies.

What you bring

Excellent interpersonal skills and careto work with cross-functional teams

Outgoingpersonalityand a can-do approach to any request

Accuracy and well developed organizational skills

Strong work ethic andconfidentiality

Advanced computer skills

Reading, writing and oralproficiencyin theItalian andEnglish language.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is full time and available from May 2026, for six months. Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
