Role Overview:
Swan Global is looking for a
People & Culture Intern
to support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development. This internship offers hands-on experience in fostering a strong workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.
·
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
·
Help with HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance tracking.
·
Research best practices for workplace culture and diversity & inclusion.
·
Assist in internal communications, event planning, and employer branding efforts.
·
Collect feedback from employees to improve work culture and engagement.
Requirements:
·
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
·
Passion for people development and workplace culture.
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in HR tech/tools is a plus.
