People & Culture Generalist – Czech Republic & Slovakia

At NTT DATA Business Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on People & Culture Generalist to support our employees and managers and help deliver the local People & Culture agenda in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is a broad local role combining employee support, HR administration, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding etc. You will act as a trusted point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle while working closely with our regional People & Culture team and other internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities

• Manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to employment changes and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation in line with Czech labor law and internal standards.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance and other activities for the Czech organization.
• Cooperate with payroll and other internal/external partners, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of HR data.
• Ensure employee data and documentation in HR systems are accurate and up to date.
• Support the local implementation of regional and global People & Culture initiatives.
• Monitor relevant changes in Czech employment legislation.

What you bring

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or in a similar broad HR role.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, performance management and other HR processes.
• Good practical knowledge of Czech labor law and local HR practices.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare standard reports and back up your actions with data.
• Fluent Czech and good English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS would be an advantage.
• Interest in trends in people's area as well as in AI would be appreciated.
